Salary administration is always the important method of human resource management.Also,in the modern society,salary is not just the labour income for their essentials,what's more,it represents their own value and social status,in addition,the company's recognition on their employees' value.Thus you can see,the company's compensation plan deserves to be paid more attention for its development,this requires the business manager can analysis the company's compensation structure with development light and wide views,maximize the salary's regulation efficiency,fully mobilize the employees' work motivation to pursue the common development.AT company set up on 2003,it's a foreign-funded enterprise,it provides the professional consulting service to their customers reply on their high performance on the field of strategy,digitize,technology and operation.The service team is built up with kinds of professional talents,they use advanced methods and technology to provide effective solution,so it shows that the talent is the company's products.Through the survey,we found that AT company's employees have a low satisfaction on their salary,and the company's dimission rate is very high,the employees' work motivation is low.In order to develop the incentive effect of compensition,and stabilize the development of the enterprise,this article learn through the design of AT consulting company's compensition plan,ensure to base on the policy of the law,give consideration to the enterprise benefit and fairness,then come up with the optimizing compensition plan to achive the goals which to improve the staff's satisfaction of salary,so the company can attract and keep the excellent employees.Finally solve the problems timely which happened in the process of implementation of the new compensition plan and make sure the new compensition plan can carry out smoothly by choosing the good opportunity and making a good communication,also with the real time monitoring method...
