With the changes of international engineering consulting contract and the development of the economic form of the "Internet +",it is a trend for engineering consulting enterprises to develop the compound talents with the knowledge of technology,foreign language,management and international business.The study on Human resource management system is applicable to all enterprises and all sorts of businesses.It includes the analysis and prediction of the organization structure,recruitment,training management,salary management,performance evaluation,employee benefits and so on.It is the summary and feedback of business operating process.To construct a scientific human resource management system is the premise and foundation for the enterprise to make profits in the fierce market competition.This paper conducts thorough analysis and research on the human resource management system of the small and medium-sized engineering consulting enterprise in China.In this paper,Guangdong Huajian Engineering Consulting Company is the main object.Some human resources management methods which are commonly used at home and abroad are provided not only to adapt to the development strategies of Huajian Engineering Consulting Company,but also to give a pushing effect on human resources in its crucial period of development.The main contributions are as follows:1.In this paper,the status and development trend of the China's engineering consulting industry has been studied and SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze Guangdong Huajian engineering consulting company's human resources 'internal and external strengths and weaknesses.2.This paper also study the connotations and principles of human resource management.The salary omissions of Huajian of human resource management and its imperfect management system are compared to provide theoretical support for the following present situation analysis of the human resources and its countermeasures.At the same time,this paper also focuses on some guiding ideas on human resource management mentioned in other domestic and international articles in the past three years.3.In this paper,some strategies for future development of the small and medium sized engineering consulting enterprises in China are put forward.Four-years related information and data of Huajian company's human resource management are collected to chose the most suitable human resourcs management optimizationmethods.With detailed data analysis and analysis of the present situations and existing problems,combined with more advanced management mode,it also puts forward countermeasures for this enterprise to make improvements.The main contents of the optimization are as follows:(1)human resource strategy planning: including the forecast of demand and supply,the specific plan and control measures;(2)the optimization of organization structure;(3)the optimization of the compensation scheme and incentive policies;(4)performance evaluation: the use and evaluation of the nuclear test,process,results,(5)training model and incentive system.This paper focuses on how to get the human resource management system of Huajian Engineering Consulting Company standardized,institutionalized,and how to solve the current growing internal contradictions,so as to prevent new contradictions and hinder problems in the future development of the enterprises.The study of Guangdong Huajian engineering consulting company human resource management system is of great significance to enhance the enterprise's competitive advantage and keep its core competitiveness in the new macro environment surrounded by a variety of new business modelThe analysis thought and method of this paper also has a certain significance for other enterprises.It has a certain reference value for other companies of the same type to establish a scientific human resource management system including its analysis content,form and method.
