Strategic human resource management, is receiving more and more attention for enterprise managers, it has become a necessary factor for enterprises to enhance their own competitiveness. It is a new mode of human resource management, it is people-oriented and guided by strategic target,and started from the reality of human resources. Strategic human resource management provides the possibility for the development of diversified enterprises, helps to form their own advantage.This thesis describes the basic theory of strategic human resources management, including the definition, characteristics. And it states the purpose and significance of the strategic human resources on enterprise management. On this basis, this thesis expounds the role of strategic human resource management for the implementation of enterprise competitiveness. At present the shortage of management talent and professional logistics talent in domestic logistics industry is common, CJ Korea Express has many problems due to the M&A. Human resources planning is confused, the system of human resources development and management is not complete, the external salary system is not competitive, and the internal one is inequitable. the system and the incentive mechanism is not perfect, the integration of different company is not enough. those problem leads to the shortage and unbalanced of human resources structure in CJ Korea express.In this thesis, through the analysis of human resource management issues in CJ Korea express, it presents the view that human resources should match with the enterprise strategy, and the key issue is to establish long-term strategic human resources planning. Based on the analysis of strategic human resource management theory and model, this paper proposes the program which can enhance the enterprise comprehensive through making long-term HR Master Plan, keeping the best talents, establishing suitable human resource policies, building first-class culture based on the CJ spirit.
