Enterprise consulting human resources management is one kind of enterprise consulting managements. As the construction of human resources management of many enterprises is not still very perfect; experience and method of human resources management consultation are scarcer. This thesis is committed to the human resources manager to provide a tool of enterprise self-consulting human resources management.This thesis is started with the meaning of the self-consulting tool of enterprise's human resources management, giving the requirements that the model which be realized oneself consult should meet; through analyzing the existing human resources management consultation tool, put forward the improved thinking in term of improving result of self-consulting; through analysis of the effectiveness of management, the effect of maintaining and improving the performance of staffs is considered to be the standard of consulting elements of the human resources management system; on the basis of analyzing the foundation of human resources management system, based on the analysis of the advantages from the existing model and the analysis of the role of the elements of human resources management system and the relationship between them, choice of the five independent factors(post analysis, human resources planning, recruitment and dispose, performance management, total compensation (include, train) management) to create a human resources management self-consulting model, it is called the P-T model.In P-T model, performance management is the core of finding the problems; and total compensation (include, train) management is the core of finding a solution to the problem, so P-T model is a model that have two cores. It has the following characteristics: First, a clear consulting criterion, the effect of maintaining and improving staff performance; Second, a clear core of consulting, that is performance management and total compensation management. Third, it is better operability because it is aimed at corporate self-consulting. P-T model is applied to the consulting of various elements of the model and the matching between them to achieve the consultation of human resources management. In this thesis, the applicability of this model has been analysis from the size and development stage of enterprise and the operability of this model has been analysis from its level of detail. Moreover, in an enterprise through the empirical study, test the application of this model and analysis the results and the problems that exist; finally, propose improvement imagines.
