Open access emerged on a large scale in the late 1990 s.Under the environment with traditional journals and open access journals to choose from, when scientific researchers choose to submit articles to OA journals, they will encounter many difficulties including fees, peer recognition, etc.Similarly, academic journal publishers that provide publishing services for scientific researchers also face challenges.Through the review of relevant research about open access at home and abroad,it is found that the existing research lacks attention to the behavior and strategies of academic resource supply from different academic communication subjects under the open access environment. It is also questionable whether a series of information system research models like TAM(technology acceptance models)can fully explain researchers' behavior under the open access environment. Therefore, this study selects the OA journal as the entry point, which is a typical representative of golden open access, and conducts research from the perspective of researchers and publishers. In addition,a mixed research method is used to study researchers' supply of academic resources,so as to more truly restore their behavior logic under the environment of OA journals.First, from the perspective of content supply,on the basis of the interview data, this study uses the grounded theory to obtain the influencing factors model of researchers' academic resource supply behavior. And then, this study uses the questionnaire survey method to retrieve 407 valid questionnaires. The structural equation model method is used to analyze and process the sample data,in this way,the research model and hypotheses are empirically tested.Second, from the perspective of publishers' service supply, this study uses SWOT analysis and SWOT-CLPV theory to conduct a case analysis with Elsevier as the object, discusses the market competition situation it faced, and makes some suggestions on strategies to deal with its OA business. The results of empirical research show that perceived risk has a significant negative impact on the author's contribution behavior attitude, while general situation of OA journal, open access concept and community influence have a significant positive impact on contribution behavior attitude. Moreover, contribution behavior attitude directly affects contribution behavior intention. In addition, community influence and performance expectancy also have a significant positive impact on the author's contribution behavior intention. However, the empirical analysis of this study does not prove that the perceived cost has an impact on the author's contribution behavior attitude and intention, and the impact of the author's journal preference on contribution behavioral intention and the impact of perceived risks on performance expectancy are also not significant. After this, through the case analysis,it can be found that publisher's academic service supply strength is the foundation of development, formulating differentiated strategies for different types of market competition is a necessary guarantee for long-term development. Moreover, solving multi-party conflicts of interest is the core issue of OA journal business development. The contributions of this research are as follows.First, using a mixed research method, this study constructs a model of influencing factors of scientific researchers' academic resource supply behavior, which is helpful to better understand the logic of researchers' academic resource supply behavior under the environment of OA journals.Second, the case analysis method is used to figure out the competitive situation of the academic journal market, according to this, this study provides realistic suggestions about OA journal business development for publishers.Third, this study systematically sorts out the supply of academic resources under the environment of OA journals, which helps deepen people's cognition and understanding of this.
