This article mainly discusses such a question of practical significance: Can it be a fragmented reading in a planned way,making it an effective way to ease reading anxiety? Existing research in the academic world mainly evaluates fragmented reading negatively,and there is little mention of how to use fragmented reading from the practical level to make use of its advantages and avoid harm,so it is difficult to be related to the social reality in which reading anxiety is prevalent.The answer of this article is yes.If the concept of "reading anxiety" is divided into two levels: "individual reading anxiety" and "social reading anxiety",then the basic point of this article is:standardized fragmented reading helps individuals build healthy reading practices,and then Alleviating individual reading anxiety;and the elimination of social reading anxiety requires the joint efforts of the whole society to build a harmonious reading ecology.The basic logic behind this is that social reading anxiety,as a widespread cultural symptom,is built on many individuals who feel anxious in the field of reading,so the individual 's reading anxiety is resolved,the individual 's readingbehavior is improved and the reading efficiency is improved.Ascension is the basis for the resolution of social reading anxiety.Reading anxiety is a concept obtained by
