Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System For Manufacturing Enterprises

Equipment management occupies an important position in the manufacturing management system of machinery manufacturing.Under the background of enterprise office modernization,higher requirements are put forward for equipment management of manufacturing enterprises.In the traditional equipment management mode,the main way is to manage and report equipment information of each department.There is a lack of unified information reporting standards and insufficient precision,which is not conducive to the unified management planning of the equipment management department.The lack of equipment fault detection and maintenance ability affects the working ability of enterprise equipment,and then affects the overall operation efficiency of machinery manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,the equipment management system of manufacturing enterprises is developed.The device management system of manufacturing enterprises is developed based on J2EE platform.The data operation request transmitted through the interface is processed through Hibernate framework technology,corresponding to the DAO layer in J2EE platform.The processed results are returned to the front end through the Jsp interface,reflecting the VIEW layer of the J2EE platform.The Servlet,monitor and other components in the Spring Boot framework are called to receive business requests from the front end while processing various requests on the back end.The final results are fed back through the INTERFACE layer of J2EE platform.The request processing is concentrated on the server side to reflect the operation mode of B/S architecture.When the SQL Server 2014 database is deployed on the Server side,it quickly docks and responds with the background program to improve the response efficiency of data interaction.The equipment management system of manufacturing enterprises has realized the modules of pre-project management,asset ledger management,material spare parts management,fault management,maintenance and repair.In the early stage of the project management module to achieve the management of project bidding,project progress management,project management,and other functions,asset parameter management module realizes equipment archives management,management of maturity prediction function,such as supplies of spare parts spare parts management module requirements management,material management,borrowing requisition management functions,such as fault management module in a single fault classification management,fault management,fault disposal management and maintenance module,industry strategy to achieve set order single template,the repair order acceptance,and other functions,and the old management,work order classification management,and other functions.The application of this system provides a modern and mature means for manufacturing enterprises to manage the equipment in the enterprise,and formulates a unified standard for information reporting,fault reporting,on-site maintenance and treatment and other links in the equipment management,so as to strengthen the overall planning of the work of the equipment management department and ensure the efficient operation of the enterprise equipment management system.The application of the system enhances the refinement degree of equipment management,and improves the quality of equipment management and the efficiency of equipment work through the management mode of the whole life cycle.
