Integrated Management System Design And Implementation For Enterprise IT Assets

Nowadays, With the enterprise business and IT system combined with more and more close, the enterprise’s IT system is also more and more huge. Many large enterprises have many superb skills of computer, they will run all kinds of advanced business management program. Its stability is related to the staffs working efficiency, it also plays a very important influence to the operation and management of the enterprise, business cost and work efficiency. Therefore, it requires the increasingly demanding for the reliability of the IT resources, usability, easy to use and managerial performance. So, combined with effective IT asset management has become the enterprise to ensure the effective operation and stable development IT indispensable important link.In this paper, for the enterprise common IT asset management demand design and the realization of the enterprise IT assets of computer integrated management system (abbreviation:"ITAM"(IT asset management)),it can accurately reflect the IT management strategy formulation of resource information, the greatest degree of stability of computer application environment. At the same time improve the computer resources management initiative, don’t let the computer internal operation environment becomes the management of the black box or blind spot, as far as possible to avoid adverse impact to the production activities due to a system failure.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all, it combined with the development of the "ITAM" widely prophase research, collecting and consulting a large number of data. The system combined with the function of the software system design analyses the IT asset management present situation and management requirements, summarizes the management measures for IT asset management system, and explains their function and purpose.Secondly, Through the IT technology to realize "ITAM" is a kind of solution.Finally, this paper design and implement the "ITAM", and realize the key technologies used in the research and application.
