Research On Risk Management Of Overseas Wireless Communication Project

Under the background of one's "going global one" and "one belt,one road" strategy,China's communications companies have made remarkable achievements overseas.In recent years,the international situation is volatile,business rules are broken repeatedly,the international market is increasingly competitive,and the importance of risk management of overseas wireless communication projects is becoming more and more obvious.Wireless communication project is a complex system engineering,which faces a lot of complexity,uncertainty and risk.In addition,in this particular overseas scenario,projects often face unexpected risks,and many uncontrollable factors often become the bottleneck of successful project delivery.Based on the theory of project management and risk management,this paper systematically studies the risk management of overseas wireless communication project.Based on the theory and method of project risk management,combined with the author's experience of overseas communication project,this paper sorts out the classification and construction process of communication project,as well as the risk characteristics and classification of overseas communication project.The risks of overseas wireless communication project are divided into three categories:country risk,enterprise risk and project life cycle risk.On this basis,The risk hierarchy model is constructed by expert judgment,and then the risk weights are determined by AHP,and then the risk levels are sorted.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall risk of overseas Mauritania wireless communication project.Finally,according to the identified risks,the risk response strategies and measures are proposed.At the same time,it introduces project risk monitoring tools and technologies,as well as the key work of risk monitoring.
