On The Construction Of Characteristic Resources Of University Libraries In Hefei

With the continuous development of the times and the continuous progress of science and technology,people's demand for information resources is also increasing.At the same time,people's needs are becoming more and more diversified and personalized.Only building common information resources can no longer meet the needs of users.Therefore,the importance of characteristic resources construction is increasingly apparent.In order to better meet the needs of users,various university libraries have gradually begun to build corresponding characteristic resources according to their own characteristics.Through investigation,it is found that many university libraries in China have constructed characteristic resources in combination with their own characteristics,but it is not difficult to find that there are still some problems in these constructed characteristic resources: unclear resource organization structure,single retrieval method,slow resource update frequency,unclear characteristic resource identification,weak sense of co construction and sharing.Therefore,the research on the construction of characteristic resources in university library has certain theoretical significance and practical value.Through the investigation and analysis of this paper,the author hopes to make a contribution to the construction of characteristic resources of University Libraries in Hefei,and to promote the development of characteristic resources of University Libraries in a better and more appropriate direction.It is hoped that each university library can build more characteristic resources in the future,and can achieve open sharing.No matter users inside or outside the University,they can access the corresponding characteristic resources anytime and anywhere.In this context,the author selects 10 public university libraries in Hefei as the survey object,and uses the methods of network research,literature research and case analysis to make a detailed statistical analysis on the construction quantity,construction mode,construction form,web page structure and off campus visit of the characteristic resources of these 10 University Libraries.Based on the investigation of the present situation of the construction of the characteristic resources of these 10 university libraries,the author also selects four university libraries: University of Science and Technology of China Library,Anhui University Library,Anhui Agricultural University Library,and Anhui Jianzhu University Library.In view of these four university libraries,the author makes a further detailed analysis and analyzes the integration of the characteristic resources of the construction of these four university libraries The advantages and disadvantages of the construction of physical condition and characteristic resources.Combined with the investigation of the former 10 undergraduate university libraries,this paper finds out the common problems in the construction of characteristic resources of the University Libraries in Hefei.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the problems in the construction of characteristic resources of University Libraries in Hefei area include the single construction mode and form of characteristic resources,the unbalanced construction of characteristic resources,the poor implementation of characteristic resources construction measures,the unreasonable structure of characteristic resources web pages,the insufficient publicity of characteristic resources by university libraries,and the degree of co construction and sharing of characteristic resources At the end of the paper,it puts forward the following problems:paying attention to the diversified construction of the characteristic resources,paying attention to the balanced development of the characteristic resources,promoting the further implementation of the characteristic resources construction measures,promoting the regular maintenance of the characteristic resources web page,strengthening the promotion and publicity of the characteristic resources,and advocating the co construction of the characteristic resources of the university library We should share and pay attention to seven perfect countermeasures to improve the utilization rate of characteristic resources,hoping to provide reasonable and practical reference for the construction of characteristic resources of University Libraries in Hefei.Analyze the questions from the data and find the answers in the questions.This paper mainly from the following five parts of the research and analysis:The first part is the introduction.This paper describes the purpose and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,research content,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation of this paper.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation.First of all,it describes in detail the selection process of the survey objects,as well as the survey methods involved in the current survey,and briefly introduces the main contents of the survey.Secondly,10 public university libraries in Hefei are selected as the objects of investigation for network research,data collection and statistical analysis.The contents of the construction quantity,construction mode,construction form,web page structure and other aspects of the characteristic resources constructed by these libraries are investigated,and the specific status analysis is carried out.Finally,four representative university libraries are selected from 10 public university libraries in Hefei area,and further research and analysis are carried out.The third part is the existing problems.According to the second part of the overall situation and typical cases of the construction of the characteristic resources of the University Library in Hefei area,the existing problems in the process of the characteristic resources of the University Library in Hefei area are extracted.The fourth part is the countermeasures.Combined with the second part of the current situation investigation and case analysis and the third part of the existing problems,comprehensive reading of the literature put forward reasonable,practical and effective improvement measures.The fifth part is the conclusion.Summarize and review the whole process of thesis
