Mobile library is the extension and supplement of information service of digital library, and become hot topic in the domain of digital library. Mobile library based on intelligent terminal realization is beneficial to improve the national quality, especially for vulnerable groups and floating population. The perceived ability of existing digital library for the reader’s environment is lack, including scene, memory, operating platform and so on. While in the dynamic and changing, the situational factors is likely to affect the potential readers information demand, therefore mobile phone digital library should provide to adapt to the current situation of personalized recommendation service for readers.The research on perceptual user mobile library context, to provide personalized information service as the goal, with context awareness as the starting point, from two perspectives of user context aware middleware and service model level, This paper introduces a framework of library context aware service mode, and the design of context aware adaptive middleware model, constructing a mobile user preferences model based on context, a combination of user attributes, personalized learning content recommendation algorithm, the design and Realization of the system lays the foundation for the integration into the context aware personalized learning; applicability analysis of library service patterns into context aware through questionnaire and theory, provided new clues for the development and application of the library context aware service theory. Study on the application of context aware service in libraryThe physical environment perception information services with RFID position technology; intelligent terminal perceived service investigated the application of QR codes services in 39 domestic university libraries. And obtain、organizer and study data of using QR codes services through network survey. Functions of the WeChat Services in University Libraries were summarized. Some problems of the WeChat Services in University Libraries were analyzed, and solutions were given for these problems. User perceived service parts introduces an improved Apriori algorithm based on idea of "Division-Integrate" in the book recommendation service, library personalized recommendation system prototype model is designed and implemented.5. This article has carried on the questionnaire survey of seven colleges in Nanchang City, Using the questionnaire collected user subjective assessment information, and analyzed the sample data, Functions of the library Context-aware Services were summarized Some problems of the Context-aware Services in University Libraries were analyzed, and solutions were given for these problems.
