Customer's excavation and preservation is very important for the performance of an enterprise.How to retain existing customers and develop new customers is an important topic of CRM.To attract customers,it is necessary to improve the service quality of the enterprise,but only understand the customers' needs and consider the problem from customers' view and provide varieties of services to meet the needs of customers can effectively improve the loyalty of the customers.For the banking system,the number of bank customers is huge and the economic situation between customers is different.In the situation that competition between banks become increasingly fierce,to effectively improve the efficiency of the banks,we need to provide a variety of services to accurately excavate the needs of customers.Only in time to meet the financial demands of customers,can we develop in the increasingly fierce competition environment.From the perspective of selling financial products,this paper analyzes how to effectively tap the financial needs of customers to improve the financial service quality of banks.The bank financial products are divided according to the risk level.Different risk levels have different target people.In the process of selling financial products,only when the characteristics of financial products conform to the needs of the bank customers,it is possible for customers to buy the financial products.To improve the efficiency of sales of financial products,it is necessary to use a standardized way to excavate the appropriate customers for each financial product and to carry out accurate sales to the customer.This paper classifies financial products and customers through classification of financial products and customer classification,and excavate customers through stylized local style,thus avoiding blind sales.In the implementation,this paper implements a customer relationship management system based on Web based on Angular,Spring and Hibernate and so on.By abstracting the way of customer mining interface,the system can set different customer mining algorithms for different financial products dynamically.In this paper,many system users can work together with role base authority control,and process massive user information through a system of customer mining interface,thus effectively improving the efficiency and speed of the potential users of financial products,and thus improving the quality of service and customer experience of the bank..
