With the individualization and diversification of customer demand,it is urgent to improve customer satisfaction with products to increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises need accurately acquire and understand customer needs and respond quickly in a short time to win in the competition.In order to increase the efficiency of product life cycle management,enterprises need to upgrade and optimize independently from the perspectives of technology,culture and organizational structure.This paper discusses about advancing action of the product iteration configuration on product lifecycle management including demand preference management,product knowledge management and product iteration configuration.(1)Generalized demand preference management.Firstly,the data mining algorithm and traditional demand research tools are utilized to collect consumer preferences from all stages of the product cycle and analyze.Secondly,emotional analysis and QFD are carried out to translate the given requirements into product characteristics for follow-up process(2)Product knowledge management.Enterprises can find,absorb,integrate knowledge,promote the sharing and innovating of knowledge in an organization on the basis of the research of the calculation methods;(3)Product iteration configuration.Firstly,creating a high performance,low cost,short cycle iterative optimal allocation model;then resources allocation scheme as a solution process for the model was given based on an improved colony evolution mechanism genetic algorithm.In this paper,the whole process of iterative upgrade of smart phone series products as research object is taken as research object on the basis of the importance and necessity of knowledge management and algorithm for demand preference management.Then,based on the ant colony optimization idea,a new model for a multi-objective optimization problem is to be submitted.Finally,configuration plan for smart phone as a result is obtained.Demand preference management,which considers historical demand information as priori condition,the related topic information captured as a dynamic supplement,the importance ranking of the functional elements from the questionnaire as the design bases,expert experience as optimization of demand information,the demand preference turned into product characteristics as the result.As for product knowledge management and product iteration configuration,construction of knowledge inheritance model for product lifecycle is first step,and with the support of the inheritance model,multi-objective collocation model is well constructed,finally under the guidance of the idea of colony evolution mechanism,a product configuration scheme satisfying customer preferences is obtained.
