As a rapid product update design mode under the guidance of customer demand change,product configuration design has significant advantages in responding to customer demand quickly and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of products.However,with the continuous development of Internet economy,customers put forward personalized and diversified configuration requirements for product function,structure and form design based on their consumption habits,which greatly increases the accuracy and complexity of product configuration design.Because of the differences of the cognitive style and product knowledge level of customers,some personalized demands proposed by customers exceed the production capacity or cost budget of the enterprise.Furthermore,customer demand preferences will inevitably change from time to time,resulting in increasingly complex product configuration design tasks.In this context,it is of vital importance for enterprises to accurately obtain customer demand preferences,establish a set of product configuration design patterns that timely respond to customers' different personalized demand preferences,and answer the question of "whether to accept personalized demand preferences" for realizing the interests of both customers and enterprises.Therefore,in order to make the enterprise product configuration design taking into full consideration the preference characteristics of enterprise terminal customer,this paper takes the product configuration design process as the mainline,takes customer demand preference as the basic consideration,takes customer satisfaction as the goal based on the theory of complex network,to had an intensive study on the product configuration design network model ans customer demand preference evaluation decision making issue.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Research the network model of product configuration design considering customer demand preference.Firstly,based on the existing research results,the meaning and characteristics of customer demand preference are elaborated.Then,based on the complex network theory,the network model of product configuration design is constructed by taking customer demand and product configuration design elements as network nodes,the correlation between them as the edge and the quantized value of the correlation as the weight.On this basis,the personalized demand preference information of enterprise end customers is obtained,and its mapping is transformed into the complex network of product configuration design,and the product configuration design network model considering customer demand preference is established,which lays a foundation for further evaluation and decision of customer demand preference.(2)Research the evaluation and decision method of customer demand preference based on complex network theory.Firstly,the paper studies the communication mechanism of customer demand preference information in complex networks,and analyzes the changes of the state of each network node in the product configuration design and the network nodes affected by the information transmission of customer demand preference.Next,the global network parameters are selected to clarify the influence of customer demand preference on the network evolution of product configuration design.Then,according to the change of global parameters,a quantifiable product configuration design element is established as an evaluation index to systematically evaluate the influence of various demand preferences on product configuration design.On this basis,under the constraints of the existing configuration design elements,the evaluation decision of customer demand preference is made.(3)Take the configuration design of Model H mobile phone of M enterprise as an example to verify the scientificity and rationality of the proposed method.The research result shows that the proposed method can better and faster respond to customer demand preference and guide the completion of product configuration design tasks.
