In complex product manufacturing field,product lifecycle management involves huge amount of component,material,the connections between them are complex.Besides,the manufacture process information such as quality inspection record is distributed in different departments,and the product information model is in the dynamic evolution process.Due to these features,how to collect,organize and manage scattered product produce data,use domain knowledge to guarantee the integrity of assembly structure,make timely feedback of modification context of information to design department,and accurate trace product and step that has problem is the great challenge that manufacturing industry is facing.To solve the above problems,this paper proposed product lifecycle information management method that use BOM as the core,use resource meta-model to abstract manufacture process information of product,building connection between product and quality data,produce warning for assembly structure and design feedback based on existing BOM structure,ensure the accuracy and consistency of status information in each stage of produce.The main research work including:(1)Building resource meta-model that faced on product lifecycleResource meta-model is used to transform paper tables to operable resource in RESTful service.In the transformation process,organise information using inheritance and composition relationship,and preserve product lifecycle stage information in information node so that it is not a information isolated island.Meanwhile,the RESTful interface for resource meta-model support external staff to collect and operate product information.Use authorization management to guarantee the information safety.(2)Product information organization scheme using BOM as the coreSince BOM articulates product assembly structure,and it has different forms and functions in different stages,so using BOM to organize product information node,and add the quality information node in it as basis of quality information warning.Besides,use operation log to record the change of BOM in product lifecycle and use BOM as the structural basis for information tracing.(3)Product lifecycle application based on BOMOn the basis of BOM that integrate lifecycle information,use BOM to organize product lifecycle information in order to achieve the aim of quality trace,so as to assure traceability of product lifecycle information.In the assembly process,use domain knowledge of product structure to realize ontology reasoning for ensure product completeness.In the design stage,compare BOM in different stage after assembly and get the mapping relationship between them,notify design department of change content to ensure consistency of product.(4)Building data integration platform based on resource meta-modelOn the basis of the method we propose,design and realize a product lifecycle management system based on resource meta-model,using BOM as the organization core.Using actual information of an aviation plant,integration and management product lifecycle information using demo system,test and verify the validity and feasibility of the framework we propose.
