The primary task of human resource management is to select suitable talents for enterprises through standardized recruitment process,and to a certain extent,to provide sustainable development power for enterprises.The basic meaning of enterprise management is to do things according to the unified process and standard under the restriction of system.Complete recruitment processes include formulating recruitment plans,specifying recruitment requirements,selecting recruitment channels,publishing recruitment information,screening resumes,organizing interviews,background surveys,hiring decisions,etc.Although these processes are familiar to all,they are more routine work,but in practice,often because of one of them.Nodes do not do in place,and lose the opportunity to recruit the right talent.In the process of recruiting in many enterprises nowadays,there are always more or less problems in the process.Therefore,optimizing the recruitment process has become a key and difficult point in the current recruitment work.Combining research needs,this paper discusses the continuity,standardization and efficiency of the recruitment process based on the nodes in recruitment process,and designs a reasonable recruitment process and recruitment system to improve the quality of talents from these aspects.This paper takes the recruitment process of S company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of S company and the current situation of the recruitment process.It put forward the process reengineering of the existingrecruitment process,and through the use of project management methods,such as critical path method,plan review technology,Gantt chart,PDCA cycle and other methods,to visualize the problems in the existing process of the company,and analyses the recruitment of S company personnel.On this basis,starting from each node of the recruitment process,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement and evaluates the effectiveness of the new process.This paper hopes that the improved optimization scheme can solve the problems in S company's recruitment process to a certain extent,or provide some reference for solving the recruitment problems,and ultimately promote the sustainable development of S company's human resources.
