Research On ERP Software Development And Management Of Non - Standard Equipment Engineering Project

Non-standard equipment project always has its unique feature. Because of the Non-standard feature, there are more material, longer time, and more complicated cost controlling. This requested me to analyze its unique requirement of ERP system. After fully understanding of the current business process, I developed an ERP system which the company need urgently, based on open source platform (low license cost).I researched the management theory and implementing thinking of ERP system. I also researched each business process of Non-standard equipment project. According to ERP management thinking and three big resources (Material flow, Capital flow and Information Flow) of an enterprise, I designed and developed an ERP software system which is based on B/S architecture by the method of software engineering. And the ERP system is suitable for this kind of enterprise and has its own unique feature. I designed the general system architecture, modules of User Management, Product Engineering, Purchasing and Logistic. And the thesis described the development of these modules in detail. I also researched and implemented the management mode of Work hour and Cost control. Finally I got a good result.During the period of implementation of the system, I optimized the process of the company with Business Process Reengineering. And this also helped the management and each department to enhance the understanding of ERP management philosophy. The ERP system helped the company to improve the management ability and enhance the competitiveness by rich functions.
