Although oil enterprises can rely on domestic policies to be in a strong position in the market,with the operating pressure brought by low oil prices,they gradually turn from relying solely on the main oil industry to diversified industries.In addition,the oil group companies pay more attention to informatization and investment power year by year,Under this background,a petroleum engineering technology service company in Sichuan invested and established company a and exported its internal employees to develop the information industry.During this period,company a was responsible for the implementation of scientific research management software,but after two phases of construction,the application effect was not good,the software quality was not high,the reputation of company a was greatly affected,and facing the competition of other internal and external information companies,the business volume has declined.How to ensure the software quality,improve the application effect and enhance the core competitiveness of A company through the implementation of scientific research management software,so as to win back Party A's trust and reputation of company a?Aiming at the above problems,this paper uses literature research method,case analysis method,ASME analysis method and ESIA analysis method to study the four key business processes in the implementation of scientific research management software from demand analysis,system design,development test and operation maintenance.First of all,the relevant theories and methods of business process reengineering and organizational behavior are studied,and software project management elements and agile development methods are described.Secondly,the organizational structure,personnel structure and software business of A company are explained,and the current situation and reasons of key implementation processes of scientific research management software are studied and analyzed in detail.Thirdly,the paper expounds the goals and principles of key process reengineering of A company's scientific research management software implementation,and designs the process reengineering scheme for four businesses,as well as the organizational structure and team building involved in the process of A company's reengineering.Finally,the paper studies the implementation of the reengineering process from four aspects: implementation preparation,concrete implementation,evaluation system and safeguard measures,and takes the science and technology reward module as an example to carry out partial implementation and effect evaluation.Through this research,it is clear that the key transformation part of the process reengineering of the implementation of scientific research project management software in company a is in demand analysis and operation and maintenance.The core of demand analysis and improvement is external value-added activities,and the core of operation and maintenance and other business improvement is internal value-added activities.It is determined that that A company depends on the medium oil instant messaging and other means of information technology,in demand analysis,the core part is responsible for the specification,in system design,responsible for establishing the profile design,in the development and testing,is responsible for system deployment,operation manual and black box testing,in the operation maintenance,responsible for the server,operating system and code updates,such as work,And let the key business processes based on the relatively independent consolidated.Compared with the previous A company,which is mainly responsible for project coordination,its business process operation mode and efficiency have changed greatly.At the same time,designers and testers have been added,forming a construction organization with groups as units,so as to ensure the quality of scientific research management software and improve the core competitiveness of business.
