With the continuous expansion of the scale of public libraries in China and the gradual increase of business volume,libraries need more employees to maintain their normal operation,but the limited number of institutions is not enough to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the library,so In the actual process,the problem of insufficient human resources is often encountered.In order to adapt to this development and change,so that the library can better play its overall effectiveness,the library will create non-inventory posts in addition to the preparation of posts to solve the problem of vacancies faced by the library.In recent years,as non-researchers have become more and more important in the entire library human resource management system,it is increasingly important to conduct further research on non-librarians.This paper takes the non-columns of the five public libraries in Fujian Province as the main investigation object,and analyzes the relevant occupational characteristics between the librarians and the non-librarians through questionnaires and other research methods according to the position attributes.The paper mainly uses the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate the job satisfaction,professional commitment and arbitrariness of non-editing librarians,and deeply analyze the differences between different employment methods,and then explore the impact of the current public library.Factors that are not in the willingness of the librarian to stay in office.This paper uses the field interview method and the questionnaire survey method to investigate the job satisfaction,career commitment and turnover intention of the five public libraries in the editors and non-lenders.Through empirical research,it is found that the problems existed in the library public welfare posts.Contradictions,trying to put forward the countermeasures of the library in human resources management,and independently designed a set of questionnaires,which basically included the characteristics of the indicators of the library librarians' professional attitudes.This paper proposes the following five countermeasures to improve the library'swillingness to stay in the library: 1.Improve the policy of equal pay for equal work in the library.2.Improve the material treatment of non-edited employees.3.Strengthen humanistic care.4.Improve the sense of professional recognition of non-edited employees.5.Formulate the career development plan for non-edited employees.It is intended to make recommendations for the management of the public halls not for the librarians.
