With the development of information technology,knowledge-paying platforms have emerged,and quickly occupied a large number of users,Internet technology,mobile payment,sharing economy and other emerging technologies make people have a higher level of access to knowledge,ways and means.Public libraries are shouldering the social function of serving the public,although they have accumulated some experience in the development of knowledge service,but under the impact of the trend of knowledge payment,public libraries with the advantages of rich resource collection have encountered unprecedented severe challenges in the development of knowledge service.The development of public library knowledge service under the knowledge payment environment depends on the user's willingness to use,the rise of the knowledge payment platform,the user's increase in the payment mode,the public library of the knowledge payment platform should learn from the rational core of its service and re-examine the mode of public library knowledge service.To explore a suitable way for the development of knowledge service of public library.Therefore,this paper uses empirical research to analyze the influence factors of the user's willingness of the public library knowledge payment platform,and further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of public library knowledge service in the knowledge-paying environment,and provides some suggestions for the development of public library knowledge service by drawing on the reasonable kernel of knowledge-paying platform.This paper first introduces the research background and clearly the significance of the research,and then collates the concepts of knowledge payment and knowledge service,integrates the current situation of knowledge service development in domestic public libraries and takes the knowledge service carried out by the National Library and the Shanghai Library as a typical example,and then combines the characteristics of knowledge service with the unified technology and use model.This paper constructed a model of the user willingness of public library knowledge service users to influence factors,distributed questionnaires through the network,and finally recovered 329 valid sample data,using SPSS24.0 to recover 329 sample data to obtain the following results:(1)performance expectations,effort expectations,social impact,Information quality and service quality have a positive effect on the willingness to use,and perceived risk has a negative impact on the willingness to use,(2)in terms of the degree of impact,the greatest degree of effort to expect the impact,the quality of service compared to the effort to expect a little lower,followed by information quality,performance expectations,social impact,perceived risk.Based on the above conclusions,this paper continues to further study the experience of the users of public library knowledge services in the knowledge-paying environment,recruited 21 qualified interviewees from all over the country through the network,and summarized the following results through one-on-one in-depth interviews with the interviewees and the refinement of the interview content: compared with the network-paid knowledge platform,Public library knowledge service publicity and promotion is not in place,less active knowledge service,shallow service level,less form of knowledge products,the content of knowledge provided is not vertical enough,the time limit of service delivery is larger.Through the conclusion of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper draws on the reasonable core of paid knowledge platform service and makes suggestions: vertical processing knowledge products,deepening the construction of service system,diversifying the expansion service form,and constructing social service.
