Research On Development Strategy Of Dahua Company Based On Competitive Intelligence

The development and application of new technologies such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence(AI)have pushed the traditional security industry into an era of networking,high definition and intelligence.With the development of safe city and intelligent city,the domestic security industry has been developing continuously,and the security industry has gradually become an important backbone force in China's national economic development.Taking Dahua Stock as the research object,this paper uses Porter's Five Forces Model,Financial Analysis Method,PEST Analysis Method and SWOT Analysis Method to discuss the macro and micro environment faced by Dahua Stock,to analyze its competitive position in the industry,and to put forward the development strategy suitable for Dahua Stock based on its own strengths and weaknesses as well as the current situation of competitors.The article holds that Dahua Stock Company should adopt the development strategy of focusing on differentiation strategy and aiming at developing into an international diversified multinational enterprise.It also puts forward the effective realization path and safeguard measures of the development strategy,which can provide effective competitive intelligence practical support for the company's future development and consolidate and enhance the competitive strength and position of Dahua Stock Company in the industry.The article not only has practical guiding significance for Dahua Stock Company,but also has certain reference value for other security enterprises to formulate development strategy.
