In the context of rapid global economic development,with the sustained and steady growth of China's economy,the state's fiscal health expenditure has gradually increased,the medical system has been continuously improved,and the medical security system has been continuously improved.Although these objective environments have brought new development space for pharmaceutical companies,in the modern pharmaceutical industry,where chemical drugs and biopharmaceuticals are prevalent,domestic veteran pharmaceutical companies are gradually becoming more and more popular in the modern pharmaceutical industry due to the aging of management mechanisms and low innovation.Lose competitive advantage.If pharmaceutical companies want to gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,they must establish a competitive strategy suited to their own development.Through competitive intelligence research,companies can combine the competitive environment with competitors to develop a competitive strategy,improve their core competitiveness,and maintain competitive advantage.Based on the development status of domestic old-fashioned pharmaceutical companies,the author applies competitive intelligence theory to the empirical research of pharmaceutical companies and seeks the realization path of pharmaceutical enterprise development strategies.The article takes Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object and uses competitive intelligence to study the development strategy of the company.By studying the current management status of Pien Tze Huang,the author uses PEST analysis method and ?Five Forces? model to study the external competition environment and major competitors of Pien Tze Huang,and compares Pien Tze Huang with major competitors in the industry and product layers,and uses SWOT analysis.Summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of Pien Tze Huang.The competitive strategy is the core part of competitive intelligence.Based on the SWOT analysis method,the author selects the competitive strategy suitable for the development of Pien Tze Huang and proposes the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy.There are two innovations in the article.First,the predecessors' research on competitive intelligence mainly focuses on the theory of competitive intelligence.This paper uses case studies to enrich the research in this field.Second,the article studies the competitive intelligence of pharmaceutical companies,which can provide reference for other pharmaceutical companies to conduct competitive intelligence research.In addition,the application of competitive intelligence theory knowledge to practice provides a basis for pharmaceutical companies to formulate development strategies in the future and prove the applicability of competitive intelligence.
