Research On Software Testing Management Of S Company Based On Agile Development Model

With the rapid development of China's Internet,more and more individuals and enterprises are connected through the Internet.The market changes with each passing day.The ever-changing market demand and the ever-increasing scale of software put forward higher requirements for the quality of software projects on the Internet,so the agile development model has been adopted by more and more companies.However,the agile development model does not describe the software test management separately,which leads to the lack of perfect management measures in the process of implementing software test,and the quality of software is often not guaranteed.Therefore,more and more software companies,especially Internet companies,pay attention to the research on software test management of agile development model projects.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory involved in the research of software test management,including project management,CMMI model,ISO/IEC software quality management system and development mode,and summarizes the current situation of software test management at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation of software test management of Scrum development project of S company,records 32 sets of iteration quality data,and investigates the score of educational APP developed by S company in the mainstream APP market.Finally,taking PDCA as an improved framework,the software test management of S company is studied.In the P stage,according to the Scrum development process of S company,the scope of software test management is confirmed,the problems in software test management are analyzed,and the goal of software test management improvement is set up.On this basis,the improvement measures are put forward.In the D stage,the improvement measures including organizational structure improvement,test case management,test technology management and communication management are applied to the actual iteration work.After that,the project quality data and market scores before and after the implementation of the improvement are compared and analyzed in stage C.It is found that the iteration project has made great progress in use case quality,online BUG number,delay days and other indicators,which proves the effectiveness of management measures.Finally,the effect and shortcomings of this improvement are summarized in stage A.
