With the increasingly fierce competition among banks,it is bound to manage employees reasonably and effectively.The performance appraisal system of Bank of China has become an important data source of business performance appraisal and incentive.Based on the in-depth research on the key technologies in the bank,and the core theme of further improving the performance appraisal of bank employees,this paper makes in-depth research on the key technologies and core businesses involved in this topic.Driven by the business,it integrates the data from the underlying data sources,builds a unified basic data platform layer,and conducts application analysis and mining on the business data Through a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index and calculation scheme,a set of bank performance evaluation system with strong expansibility and scientificity is realized,which provides a set of performance management tools with complete system,fair evaluation and accurate data for Bank of China.This paper takes customer information as the center,through data analysis and mining technology to design marketing plan,support marketing personnel's sales activities,manage customer's sales information,meet the customer-centered,closed-loop fine marketing management requirements of commercial banks,provide system support,centralized control of marketing channel flow,according to customer demand,product characteristics and Commercial Banks Marketing development strategy,orderly arrangement and customer marketing,establish customer-centric,function and resource intensive,multi-channel cooperative marketing and sales application system automation,retail commercial bank financial products marketing and sales to provide strong system support.This paper focuses on the following aspects: the Bank of China's solutions to its employees' work,customer maintenance and reward standards;a full study and explanation of the various architecture and framework technologies used in the system;an explanation of how to efficiently coordinate the work of each technology;how to model each stage of the system;and how to The object-oriented analysis and design method is used to design and implement the system.Finally,the system development environment and deployment environment are briefly explained.The system uses B/S architecture,C# development language and SQL Server database to provide performance statistics and view functions for users.Through the implementation of this system,it is expected to promote a more rapid and effective management mode for the regular functions such as reward,ranking and maintenance of the performance appraisal of the Bank of China employees,and to effectively complete the relevant requirements of the receiving summary and data reporting between the employees and the Bank of China,greatly reducing the workload of the bank's staff appraisal.
