Employee performance assessment is a process of comprehensive and systematic investigation and evaluation of employee's work performance.Excellent performance assessment not only can effectively evaluate employee,s work performance,but also can stimulate staff's work enthusiasm,improve staff's work efficiency and work performance,attract and retain talents.Most of the traditional performance assessment is manual,the assessment data is few,the assessment coverage is not wide,and the assessment indexes are qualitative or have results only.Qualitative indexes have the disadvantages of strong subjectivity and poor fairness,while the results indexes can only reflect the work results of employees because of the lag of performance indexes,but unable to effectively reflect the work process of employees which can't really reflect the performance of employees.This paper proposes and implements a new automatic assessment system for employee performance,which can automatically control the storage of sensor control data and management data.These multi-source heterogeneous data can reflect the specific work process of the staff.The leadership can know the work process of the staff and find the disadvantages through inquiries,realize the work process control of the staff,improve employee performance.First of all,this paper analyzes the requirements of the automatic performance assessment system.By analyzing the deficiencies of traditional performance assessment,the system functional requirements are clearly defined.This paper uses the UML language to build system use case models,specifies the use case details,lays the foundation for system design,and describes the nonfunctional requirements of the system.Secondly,this paper designs the overall of automation assessment system for employee performance.Each kind of the technology and principle applied in the system will be introduced in detail.This paper uses ElasticSearch as server to solve the problem of storing multi-source heterogeneous data,and it designes a data request module suited to user queries,which is convenient to query and implement control the operation process of the employee.At meanwhile this paper introduces into balanced scorecard theory,analytic hierarchy process decision-making method to design indicators for performance assessment and index weight of assessment.This paper presents a method for qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment,analyses the flow and function of the assessment,and designes every function module.ElasticSearch Index has been well planned and designed in this paper.At last,this paper takes property performance assessment of back offices in universities as an example,designes and implementes every module including indicators manage module,performance assessment calculate module,performance assessment module.Through the actual test,this system achieves the standards set in advance,which is stable and reliable.
