In recent years,with the rapid development of China's science and technology level,the use of vibration is widely used,and the signal detection technique is becoming more advanced.Users can not make a correct judgment unless the vibration signals or other signals can be correctly detected.For example,if the vibration of machine tools are unexpected,the user can infer the specific problems of machine tools according to the characteristics of the signals collecting by the vibration sensors.In order to process the vibration signal and overcome the shortcomings existing in the current wireless vibration test system,integrates the high-speed WIFI,compression algorithm and user control software.This paper focus on the study of compression algorithms.By comparing and analysing all kinds of lossless and lossy compression algorithm,this paper explores the most suitable for wireless testing system lossless compression algorithm and lossy compression algorithm.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Based on the interpretation and analysis of the wireless communication protocol,this paper design a whole communication route and the front-end acquisition system: including the optimization design of the front-end acquisition system to ensure the complete separation and packaging of data,realizing the simultaneous sampling of multiple signals,and embedding the WIFI module into the front-end acquisition system..In general,this paper designs and realizes a front-end acquisition system that can satisfy multiple sampling frequencies and huge data collecting in the situation of fault-free and high real-time.(2)In order to realize the coordination of each module of the wireless test system,this paper designs the user control terminal based on C#,this terminal realizes the simple data analysis and coordinates and manages the entire wireless test system.(3)In order to satisfy a larger amount of data processing,this paper investigates experimentally on various compression algorithms,and then finds out a lossless compression algorithm and a lossy compression algorithm which are most suitable for a wireless test system.The compression rate,portability and difficulty of the algorithm are compared and some algorithms are also optimized in the experiments.Finally,it is found that the lossless compression algorithm FLAC and lossy compression algorithm MP3,which are most suitable for wireless test systems.
