In recent years, with the government introduced a series of macro-control policies, thedomestic real estate industry in the internal and external environment has undergone somechanges, in the increasingly fierce competitive environment, enterprises began to realize theimportance of real estate from extensive management to standardization, refinement. Processprinciple development to professional in the real estate business, business process complexity,standardization, at the same time, along with the continuous expansion of business volume,manual operation brings to some extent decreased work efficiency, some of the real estateenterprises in the direction of "area","national" process based on organizational structurechange, business complexity increase, to a certain extent, reduces the efficiency ofmanagement of enterprises, increase the difficulty of management. From the group control angle, based on customer life cyclemanagement as the latitude, mining customer lifetime value, achieve centralized management,the enterprise customer resources to the sales process of Paihao, booking, subscription, signedthe business as a product set up corresponding ideas, planning and completion of customer management, price management, sales process, sales change, gathering management,customer service management and other functions.The research and implementation of application of real estate marketing managementsystem, the actual business process and information platform with sales to achieve theadvantages of real estate enterprise information application, to enhance enterprisecompetitiveness in the market.
