With the development of Internet technology, internet marketing has become marketing behavior and the trend of the real estate market. In the Meanwhile, there are a lot of real estate project marketing information and consumer information on the Internet. In the era of rapidly changing market, real estate enterprises need to respond quickly to make critical decision, understand the market condition and grasp the market dynamics timely and accurately. The complexity makes it difficult to make sensible marketing decision only based on traditional ex perience and market research. This paper combined the technology of data mining and decision analysis method, proposed a real estate marketing decision making system using web technology solutions, to identify and extract useful information from huge data, analyze it using classification, filtering and clustering analysis and prediction method, and provide meaningful information to predict the marketing trends and facilitate premium marketing decisions.First of all, define and categorize the characteristics of the real estate marketing information, using data mining method to extract the relevant data, then analyze it using clustering and correlation analysis, followed by establishing multidimensional comprehensive real estate information data analysis model.Then, we designed and set up the function structure and system architecture of the real estate marketing assistant decision-making system based on the Internet platform.Finally, building a e-commerce platform for real estate information analysis service on account of real estate marketing assistant decision-making system model as the core with key functions such as online payment for registered users, information query, browse and download, etc.In this paper, the real estate marketing assistant de cision-making system which is based on Web technology is designed using the DSS(decision support system) as information processing platform, Excel as model integration, JAVA as a cross-platform language tools, setting up B/S structure of network applicati ons, and through the Internet/Intranet mode of information technology such as database applications and decision analysis, combined with the real estate market marketing method, to evaluate the marketing environment of the project thoroughly. Marketing dec ision makers can remote access via the Internet, to complete the query and browse the system of data warehouse and realize the remote research project analysis and fast decision support.
