With the development of network technology and information technology,the era of big data is coming.Based on the implementation of new media service models,the network,the broadcast television and the mobile phone,the ways of library users obtaining resources are diversified.How to supply the data and management work in the information age with each passing day becomes to a major challenge for modern university libraries,as the support of teaching and scientific research..This paper aims at how to re locate the university library,manage and service innovation,tap the student readers' implicit demands,and actively combine closely with scientific research and teaching,transform from traditional book storage and supply to information service and knowledge service under the new scientific and technological condition and the situation.How to support scientific research through data management and service? How to use the resources and modern equipment to develop the library into a real multi-functional center that integrates teaching,learning,entertainment and innovation into one?This paper takes the student service of a campus library of G University as the research object.The method of questionnaire survey is used,from the collection of resources,building,information services and personnel services to collect and analyze data.And then comprehensive referring to related advanced experience and practice of university library at home and abroad,create solutions to the related question solution.This paper compares literatures at home and abroad,further analysis of the specific circumstances of the library,Finally,summed up the relevant measures to improve the reader service of the library,from the service content,service organization,service conditions,information services and service innovation five aspects.It can not only solve the problem of how to change from modern library to new type library under the new situation,but also has a very important influence on the improvement of the scientific and technological innovation strength and the improvement of the level of the academic construction.With the construction of modern new library in recent years,the G university library has become a model for libraries of major institutions and social Libraries,visiting and learning team constantly.The achievements of this paper could provide beneficial references for similar domestic university libraries.Expand the thinking,it can provide reference for the construction of University Library.
