Evaluation On Innovation Of Filemobile Service Diriven By Informationnetwork Techinology

Since 2014,with the rapid development of information technology,a big data ecosystem has gradually formed,and has been continuously developing and improving to this day.In the era of big data,with the addition of a large number of users,traditional archive management models can no longer meet the needs of society.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the construction and application methods of archive information resources.The construction of a new generation archive information service system using new generation information network technology to achieve the goal of safe and rapid utilization of archive information is an inevitable trend in the current development of archive work.This paper discusses the status quo,problems and solutions of mobile archives service platform driven by the new generation of information network technology from four aspects: the effectiveness of mobile archives service mode,the availability of mobile archives service content,the demand of mobile archives service experience,and the extensibility of mobile archives service platform.Firstly,the public’s understanding and experience of various aspects of the archives mobile service platform were collected through questionnaires and interviews,and an evaluation system was established to analyze the results.Secondly,some problems still exist in the mobile service platform of archives,such as imperfect construction of mobile service of archives,relatively backward concept of archives service,scarce professional personnel of mobile service of archives,unclear layout of the platform,limited investment of archives institutions,insufficient interaction efficiency and user stickiness,low utilization rate of archive data,insufficient drive of data intelligence technology and so on.Finally,countermeasures such as changing the concept of archives mobile service,improving the construction of archives mobile service team,rationally distributing service functions,enriching the service content of the platform,optimizing the interactive channels of the platform,satisfying users’ demands and expectations,carrying out effective information promotion,enriching the digital scene of archives mobile service platform,and actively applying the new generation of network information technology are proposed.
