| Based on the actual requirements of the state grid’s files shelves system’s management archives,an intelligent rack control system with real-time and closed-loop monitoring is designed and implemented.Compared to the traditional control system based on the "open when used,free time closed" basic control requirements,the state grid shelves system has the following characteristics:1,the system is large.The column body is usually about 20 columns or more;2,the control response is quick.The shelves require the system to respond quickly to the PC’s instructions and the columns’ instructions.And the control action needs to be without delay;3,management requirements is high,inventorying files is fast,monitoring and reporting the changes of all files in the storage is real-time.The paper is to carry out research and design work around the implementation of the system.This paper first studies the overall control framework of the State Shelves System,constructing the system control core and communication network based on the STM32F407 processor and RS485 bus,then studies the file fast inventory system based on RFID radio frequency and the real-time monitoring of archival storage based on infrared micro sensor system;Secondly,the paper designs the system main control board and the motor drive board,and completes the development of the corresponding underlying driver software.Thirdly,based on KEIL RTX embedded real-time operating system,a multi-task control logic of is designed;Third,the communication system and the human-machine interactive touch screen software are designed,making the system be able to open shelves,close shelves,ventilate and achieve other control functions such as monitoring temperature and environment;Fourth,a system communication architecture of broadcast combined with master-slaver is designed,and the change management mode of storage file is realized.The real-time response to system control and the fast reporting of file storage information are realized.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are tested and the results of the test experiment are given.The research and design of the shelves system has been successfully applied in the state grid shelves system.The control system runs stable and reliable,and can respond to various control commands in real time.Combined with the MIS system of the state grid,all the file storage changes can be reported in real time to realize real-time and closed-loop monitoring and management of storage files. |
