To accelerate the integrative development of information technology and manufacturing technology in coming era,and to make the intelligent manufacturing as the main working direction for the integration of industrialization and informatization,was clearly proposed in "Made in China 2025".Warehouse management plays an important role in the whole supply chain of modern manufacturing enterprises,and has become an indispensable part in the whole business process.In traditional warehouse management,reasonable purchase,inventory control and delivery process can not be guaranteed,and the competitiveness of enterprises thus been affected to a certain extent.In this paper,a SSH(Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate)framework based real-time warehouse supervisory system is designed and developed.Dynamic monitoring of warehouse equipment operation and storage and remote warehouse operation management are realized with the use of WebSocket real-time communication technology.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.This paper summarizes the research background and significance of the research,summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of real-time warehouse management,and introduces the SSH framework,PostgreSQL database,OPC data acquisition,Socket and WebSocket real-time in detail,including the development of warehouse management system,Communications and other key technologies.2.The B/S three-tier architecture,namely data acquisition and transmission layer,application logic service layer,and presentation layer,is designed based on the analysis of market demand,functional requirement and economic benefit.In which the business logic services in the application logic service layer is built with the SSH framework.The material management module,material particulars module,product management module,finished product management module,product statistical module,the BOM management module,and the real-time warehouse module of the real-time warehouse supervisory system are designed.3.According to the network topology and hierarchical structure of the system,the functional modules and database structure of the system are designed with the use of object-oriented design method.The integrated management of warehouse raw materials,warehouse products,warehouse equipment and management personnel data are realized with the use of PostgreSQL database.4.The system functions include administrator order review,production plan adding,raw material storage,product delivery,ingredient list management,material storage and retrieval,equipment real-time monitoring,remote alarm of equipment alarm,product qualification rate statistics,warehouse dynamic Storage monitoring,rights management,and user personal center are realized on the basis of SSH framework.At present,the developed real-time warehouse supervision system has been come into service in a company in Suzhou,and the system runs stably and achieves good performance.
