With the rapid development of social informatization,the number of data and the safety issue have been paid more and more attention.The management of archives and the problem of warehouse environment also face many challenges.In the past,manual management was often used,and even in some important storeroom environments,people have to monitor for 24 hours.But this greatly wastes manpower and material resources and causes the reduction of work efficiency.And in the staff working environment,there are many potential safety hazard,such as fire.Small fire can't arouse people's attention in many circumstance,but after it burns for a while,large amounts of toxic gases will be produced,which will endanger people's safety.In addition,in some industrial plants' environment,the security problem is more obvious.There are many environmental detectors on the market,but most of them are in low integration,but opposite in management cost and limited in environmental monitoring.And some traditional communication standard,such as RS232 has been unable to meet the communication needs of modern industry for it is poor in stability,short communication distance and transmission problem such as slow speed affect the project requirements.In order to solve these problems,this paper seeks a better communication method for the development of real-time monitoring system for the intelligent warehouse environment.First of all,this paper investigates the current research status of the warehouse environment domestic and abroad,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several different communication modes at STM32 development platform,in order to choose a better communication mode.Secondly,the basic principle and protocol of CAN bus will be introduced and analyzed in detail,including the content of protocol,message format,priority judgement,error handling mechanism and synchronization.Then the hardware design will be described.This part is divided into two parts,which is monitor and controller.Hardware design of controller is mainly discussed in this paper.In order to improve the integration,this system includes temperature,humidity,ozone,dust,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide,water,smoke and so on.If the real data don't fit the threshold parameter which is set at the start,the audio speech will alarm and make the corresponding processing.Then the software part will be introduced,which includes development tools,system flow chart and design ideas of the core code.Finally,this paper presents a demonstration of the physical and running state of the system.
