In process industry, the safe and stable operation of production equipment is the premise and guarantee to the normal production activities, it’s important to monitor the real-time status information of the production device. Real-time monitoring web visualization system of production device based on network technology can effectively realize the data integration between the various industrial control systems, provides real-time and accurate production data information for the business management personnel. Web visualization system at present is mainly developed by the traditional web technology, the pressure of calculating data on the server side is big, the performance ability on the client side is not enough, the real-time performance is poor; on-line fault diagnosis technology based on B/S mode has a complex algorithm, occupies a large of server resources, it’s hard to achieve and cannot satisfy the actual demand. Therefore, there is important practical significance and application value to research real-time monitoring web visualization system of process industry production device based on HTML5.Based on the detailed analysis of development status and technical characteristics of production device real-time monitoring web visualization system, an integrated method of real-time monitoring system of process industry production device based on HTML5is proposed, the HTML5Web Socket protocol is used as the network communication protocol of the system instead of the traditional polling mode; the active data pushing on the server side by the automatic trigger mechanism based on events driving is realized; the dynamic webpage display method without browser plug-in based on Canvas graphics technology is given; according to the features of production process device, fast online fault diagnosis method based on data distribution characteristics is given; based on the ASP.NET development platform, the HTML5-based real-time monitoring web visualization system of production device is designed and developed.The experimental results show that, the fault diagnosis method based on data distribution characteristics can make the fault diagnosis more quickly and accurately; network communication protocol based on Web Socket technology can create a network of full duplex communication between the server and browser side, the throughput of the network and server pressure is effectively reduced, the data pushing on the server side is achieved by the trigger mechanism based on event driving; the problem of dependence on browser plug-ins is solved by using Canvas graphics technology which can provide the abundant front page. An effective solution for process equipment real-time monitoring is provided by the web visualization system based on HTML5.
