| As a product of mobile Internet era, Wechat has become a mobile instantmessaging software, which has largest number of users in Asia. Tencent developed aseries of applications on this platform and Wechat is one of the most influential publicplatform applications. With public platform is widely used in various enterprises andorganizations, libraries have to apply the public account and use Wechat platform toprovide library services. After the university libraries developed Wechat platform, thefirst problem whether users to accept Wechat service. Therefore, this paper aims tounderstand the factors affecting users’ acceptance on Wechat library, and help to solveproblems when university library built library Wechat platform.From the user perspective, this paper analyzes and validates the key factorsaffecting the attitude of the users to university Wechat library. After reading a lot ofrelevant literature and the actual use of the university library Wechat platform, thispaper introduces network externality and perception interesting theory based ontechnology acceptance model and information systems success model, and finallyconstruct a Wechat users’ acceptance model in university library with sevendimensions, including information quality, service quality, platform quality, networkexternality, perceived interest, perceived usability, perceived usefulness. This paperalso carried on case studies, matching and revising model based on data ofquestionnaire survey to determine the variable factors, which influence users’acceptance of Wechat library and finally provides appropriate countermeasures forconstruction of university Wechat library based on conclusions of case studies.This paper riches theoretical achievement related with Wechat library andtechnological acceptance research theoretically, propose optimization proposal for theconstruction of university Wechat library through empirical analysis from user’s point of view and provides reference for the university library. |
