Design And Implementation Of A Force Cooperative Office System Based On Workflow

In recent years,with the continuous evolution and deepening of information technology,it is better to help people complete office automation and information construction.By the end of 2018,the financial,personnel and office coordination systems within the force need to be informatized and automated.Therefore,the military collaborative office system has become one of the important tasks of the army's information construction.Due to the extremely special management of the internal forces,it is necessary to customize and develop related collaborative office systems.The collaborative office system in this study not only has good usability,but also must be robust,support the troops and officers to operate online at the same time,and at the same time support the officers and men in different office locations for collaborative office and management.The system adopts the B/S mode,integrates the three open source frameworks of Structs+Spring+Hibernate and completes the information on the officers and soldiers of the army,the management of the military document information,the work process of the force approval,the administration of the troops,the management of the organization of the troops,and the coordinated management.Six functions such as system management.The entire collaborative office system is intended to adopt a three-tier model,which is the presentation layer,business logic layer and database management layer.The project designed the database of the collaborative office system,and carried out the logical structure design and table structure design of the database.The E-R diagram of the collaborative management system database is designed in detail,the data flow in the use case diagram is summarized,and the system is designed and implemented in detail by means of class diagram and sequence diagram.In the collaborative office system testing phase,this paper develops detailed test cases,giving functional test objectives,test methods,test procedures,test environments,and detailed test cases.In addition,the JMeter automated test software is also used,and the relevant test results are given.Summary papers mainly complete the following work:(1)Help a certain army to establish an online collaborative office system,study the construction process of the system,and provide reference for other similar systems.(2)Help the troops to establish a database of online collaborative office systems.(3)Carry out summary design and detailed design of the force collaborative office system.(4)Test the relevant functions of the team's collaborative office system,and conduct related test methods and test cases.The innovative significance of the team's collaborative office system is that it can help the troops to provide unified and coordinated management,improve the real-time and effectiveness of the team's team construction,break the traditional mode of the coordinated office construction management,and make the force management mode more automated.
