The enterprise personnel management software associated with the military administration is difficultly discovered on the market, so many military personnel are still using Excel spreadsheet software information storage and management cadres. This low efficiency of simple data management is difficult to meet the increasingly complex needs of personnel work. After I communicate with the necessary staff, in-depth analysis and study of the status are complete, with advanced MySQL database as the backend database, using JSP technology, design and development of the latest version of the B / S architecture after the station data units of information systems, designed for military personnel management information system developed an online version. System is modular in design, easy to adjust the system functions and secondary development, the database is in accordance with the Standard Army Management Information design, in line with the convenience and use of standardized data exchange index; using the Eclipse integrated development environment to develop, facilitate code writing and debugging, greatly improving the efficiency of the development. After the test found that the system is stable, the use of good data storage, to achieve a variety of information exchange, and in line with international standards, effective help query and statistical information in order to facilitate and improve the efficiency of personnel management in order to achieve the desired military cadres management purposes. In addition, due to the modular design of the database, the system can also provide a platform for military data to the data center, military, scientific research, information integration, data mining, data centers can develop more applications to provide military cadres more personalized service.
