Design And Realization Of The Army's Office Automation System

Office automation system(OAS) has received considerable attention since 1970s, and has been widely applied to many fields after 1990s.By using the system science, the behavior science,and the information technology,OAS not only can help people share the resources,improve the office efficiency,but also can release the officers,workload and reduce a lot of unnecessary expenses.As a result,OAS has outstanding superiority over the traditional work ways of office.OAS in army starts in the 20th century 90s intermediate stages.However, compared with the OAS in other fields,it has not been well developed till now.The army's OAS connects the entire armed force various armies with the military network, but it still exists problems in many aspects such as notice transmission,information management,archives management actual application,and thus is difficult in realizing the information exchange and resources sharing.Therefore,the army's work efficiency is limited in the very great degree.To meet the requirements of the information age and the demand of the actual work,this thesis designed and realized the OAS for regiment armed forces based on the B/S mode.This system,based on the military network,combining tightly together with the regiment office's work,synthetically making use of the technology of computer network,distributed database,multimedia communication,is a network office automation system based on B/S mode,which integrates lodge and regiment's all kinds of office business.Specifically,it uses Microsoft ASP as exploit true tool,Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as background database,and ADO data depository interview technique.This system contains five modules:the user's management,the serving of public information,management information system,business management,and personal activity.Each module includes some sub-module.This system has friendly interface between the computers and people.IT is convenient in usage,the functions are well-provided,and satisfied in security.Therefore,it achieves official business integration,standardization operation,modernization management,and scientific decision,and then promotes the army's information construction.
