Design And Implementation Of The Information Management System For Army Appropriate Housing Area

Community is a life of several interrelated groups, and it is also a social organism which has a close relationship with each other in a certain area of life. Community is the most basic content of society, and it is the epitome of the macro society as well. The army is a special social group, and it also has the needs of many non combatants or family residence, resettlement. However, because of the specialty of the forces, the forces prefer to construct the residential community by themselves. In the past, the former community management is often completed alone by a function of department set by force. And the department managers are often held by non professional military or civilian personnel. They are not only lack of the professional technical ability, but also lack of some corresponding management tools. However, the scale of the troop’s community continues to expand, the facilities and equipment continue to increasing and updating, and personnel structure is more complex. The forces of community management, especially the property management puts forward higher requirements.This paper is focused on how to,as far as possible to, design a information community property management system, which has no large-scale transformation of information or information construction. And the information community property management system must think of the condition of the frequent movement of community workers and industry mainstream, a large volume of repair work for a huge number of the building properties constructed across a long time period, and the local property management personnel hired by the community is older and is of lower cultural quality. At the same time, the information community property management system should be function completed, interface friendly, and easy operation.The last part of this work shows part of the software testing and implementation effect.The system of the paper developed with this work is based on three layers of architecture B/S pattern.They are service layer, middle business logic layer and data layer. The system is developed using.NET technology. The background and the system user terminal interface provide a concise, convenient operation environment for the SQL Server database and the users.
