The constructing of information army and the winning of information war are not only the important history responsibility but also the strategic goal to the PLA (Chinese People's Liberation Army) for many years. But there is no experience to follow now, we must grope and study with ourselves practically and realistically. As is well known to all of us,a first-class army must possess of excellent leader troop.It is the necessity of current improving to contruct a crack,efficient and good at commanding leader troop.The AOMIS (army officers management information system) is the means to improve the leader troop.By information constructing about ten years,the networks resources have been formed in an army,MIS have been developed and used in some fields,such as Logistics MIS, equipment MIS and online command systems etc.So it is very urgent to develop the AOMIS to enhance the leader troop's work efficency and the ability of operating information equipment now.In the thesis, First of all, we analyze and study the inproving situation of MIS, explore several mature technologies of empolder MIS, and then constitute a empolder scheme and design the model of AOMIS by OOA&D(Oriented Object Analysis and Design) technology.The Army officers management information system is a very complicated system with large information, sensitive data, complicated information processing, and different departments involved,so it need the information processing more exactlier,timelier and saflier.According to these attributes of AOMIS, we analyze the system function exactly, combine the architecture of C/S and B/S in this system.Based on oriented-object method,we emphasis on object design, database design, data security design, system operation design and so on.The thesis thorough explore and study the OOA technology,visual view modeling technology,UML(unified model language),design and describe the system by using a suit of compendious oriented-object empolder system.At last,we implement a information platform which function suit the officers organs of field army units very much. It has solved the problem of field army officer organs no sharing of information resources, inadequate utilization of network resources, data do not grasp and filtrate in good time.
