The Design And Development Of Flight Service Command Information System

With the development of information technology and the further development of army informatization construction, the informationization construction of Military service system for command has become an important part of army informationization construction and has great strategic significance. As the special corp of army, the army air corps with helicopter for its major equipment must have a quick response capacity and high mechanization and automation to establish the solid attack and defence system to support the ground troops. According to the present departmental establishment of the army air corps, the whole system frame is divided into seven parts:personnel, military supply, ordnance, oil, meteorology, the subject of flying, aerospace control center. The system is mainly used in the deployment,security, monitoring and evaluation of fly missions.This system has completed the study and worked well according to the plan and agenda. This system applied ASP.NET MVC pattern based on the.NET Framework that is more muture and more flexible. At the same time, this system can realize the real time flight monitoring function and enhance the capability of management and restraint after the combination of all kinds of information resources and establishment of real time flight control center. The appliance of this system has greatly improved the efficiency of command and combat of the army air corps.
