With the fast development of the automotive industry,the competition in the auto parts market is becoming more and more fiercer.Suppliers have never stopped exploring the most lean and efficient operating solutions.The optimal management of production planning and scheduling strategies is always playing a key role in the survival and development of enterprises.Injection molding is one of the most important and general manufacturing technique in the production of automobile parts.The planning and scheduling process of the injection molding is a typical multi-machine parallel scheduling problem with multi-process and re-entry specialty.Such problems are often accompanied by complex constraints of resource,energy and cost,and it is also difficult to implement analytic modeling and achieve optimal management.Nowadays,Computer technology has been fast developed and become more and more mature,using software to optimize the production scheduling plan has been highly concerned by scholars and business managers.After researching the actual production situation of ZKW Dalian injection molding workshop,a new idea of production optimization scheduling for injection molding workshop based on simulation optimization framework has been proposed in this dissertation.A rule-based injection molding production scheduling software was developed by using discrete event simulation and object-oriented technology,and the programming of the scheduling software was realized by Visual Studio 2013 platform.The input data of the scheduling software includes the production order,IM routing parameter,initial state of machines and etc.,the system can provide users with a satisfactory optimal scheduling scheme and output relevant performance indicators according to the preset rules.The injection molding production scheduling software based on discrete event simulation has been running smoothly in the whole work shop of ZKW Lighting System(Dalian)Co.,Ltd.,after several times test and verify in the real environment,it can meet the basic requirements of reliability,low cost or real time for the production scheduling plan and also has high flexibility and expansibility.It is possible to timely evaluate the impact of scheduling plan on capacity and inventory,which of great significance for the safety,stability,cost reduction and efficiency of the enterprise.
