Shop Scheduling, Assembly Line Manufacturing System Simulation Study

For a enterprise, whether using existing resource to proceed reasonable configure and take the best of them will directly affect the manufacture cost of produce and will become the important fact of affecting enterprise benefit. The reasonable configure and optimizing of enterprise mostly embody the produce activity of workshop layer. So enhancing produce plan and control of workshop layer is most important to produce and manage activity of enterprise. The core theory of workshop produce plan and control is scheduling theory. Workshop produce plan and control technology relate to many subject and theory and method of many field and research orientation. Simulation technology is also extensively applied in this field.This thesis is based on the simulation of researching discrete event system. Under the instruct of workshop scheduling theory,we analyse each simulation strategy which is suit for discrete effect system,and combine the practice instance of cylinder body product line of Dalian diesel oil machine factory. We adopt event scheduling method to research the simulation of work-flow manufacture system.Through the simulation of work-flow, we can appraise all kinds of design projects. We can ration analyze and estimate hardware configure chosen in design such as machine tool, the capacity of buffer, the route of transport system etc, and personnel deployment of product line. We can forecast the produce cycle of product, analyze and forecast produce capacity of work-flow, simulate all kinds of predictable or random malfunction, finding bottleneck of system etc. We can also forecast the capability of work-flow under different scheduling strategy. Thereby we can choose the better scheduling project for system. After ascertain scheduling project, we can also simulate the execute condition of different task plan, choose reasonable and high efficient task plan to improve the efficiency of work-flow and reduce storage and shorten produce cycle.We are based on the reasearching discrete effect system computer simulation,design a software for work-flow manufacture system.This software is tested for cylinder body product line of Dalian diesel oil machine factory.We acquire satisfactory result.
