Nowadays,with the full evolution of the Internet ecosystem,traditional enterprises are thinking about how to use the Internet to achieve intelligent production and efficient production.An advanced production management system is the key to realize informationization and intelligence.At present,most traditional injection molding manufacturing companies in China use management systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)and MRP(Material Requirement Planning).Such production management systems mainly have the assumption of unlimited production capacity,the inability to effectively grasp the practical and feasible material acquisition lead time,the inability to optimize the supply and demand balance rules,Obvious information faults,unable to grasp the progress of the order in real time,so that the enterprise manager has a large error in predicting the production capacity of the workshop.The existing MES(Manufacturing Execution System),that is,the production process execution system of the manufacturing enterprise can solve the shortcomings of the ERP and MRP management systems.The MES system runs on the PC side and is mainly for the upper management of the enterprise.The front-line workers still need to record the data and then enter the computer room for data submission.There are problems of low real-time and low efficiency;when querying data,they also need to leave the production site to enter the equipment room.Therefore,enterprises urgently need a production management system customized for front-line workers to solve the above drawbacks.This system uses a Java-based SSM(Spring,SpringMVC,Mybatics)framework,front-end Bootstrap framework,JQuery framework to develop a production management system running on the tablet side.This article will design and implement each key functional module,including functional modules such as login,real-time progress,stop record,bad product record,inspection and punch card entry.This system has the following main advantages:(1)Simplified operation: First-line workers can manage the injection molding machine in real time at the production site by hand-held mobile devices,and communicate with the upper management to simplify the working mode of the operators and improve work efficiency.(2)Strong scalability: Developers can expand on this system according to customer needs.(3)Full-featured: The system has five functional modules to meet the actual work needs of front-line workers.(4)High real-time performance: The data of this system are all from the real-time production data of the workshop.(5)Low cost: only need to configure several tablets in the production workshop,a set of tablets can manage several injection molding machines(according to the actual production situation of the enterprise).This system can be customized for the first-line workers,improve the production management system of the enterprise,and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
