In this paper, the warping deformation of injection products as the object of study, with the injection molding finite element analysis software MoldFlow molding process simulation. Respectively, the use of orthogonal matrix method, the response surface method and genetic algorithm to achieve the optimization of process parameters, reduce the amount of warpage products. The following is the research content and conclusions of this paper:(1) Using Orthogonal Matrix Method to Optimize Multi-objective Optimization of Plastic Injection Molding Process. And the main influencing factors of the injection process are determined according to the influence degree, so as to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters to realize the warpage and volume shrinkage of the product.(2) Response Surface Methodology (RSM) were applied to study the effects of five process parameters including Mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, holding time and cooling time, on the warpage. And the interactions between the parameters were investigated. Finally, the optimal combination of these process parameters was found out with the purpose to find the most minimum warpage based on the response surface model.(3) By using orthogonal test method, the Headlamp vice-reflector was analyzed with the software MoldFlow. The relationships between injection processing parameters (melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, holding time, cooling time) and product warping distortion were established by BP neural network, respectively. The BP neural network was optimized by genetic algorithm to obtain the minimum warping deformation of the product, in order to optimize the process parameters, reduce the warpage amount of the plastic parts, and improve product qualities.
