Multiple Selves Socialization Research Based On WeChat Group Setting Of Circle Of Friends

Under the background of social network revolution,Internet revolution and mobile revolution,the "informatization" and "networking" of entity social relations have become the structural forms of human social interactions.At the same time,it is also an important basic concept to study social relations.In the process of social interaction,the social subject has multiple characteristics in the psychological prediction of self.In terms of behavior,they are self-aware and construct an interactive situation of multiple self-performances centering on the pre-assigned self.They show incisively and vividly through WeChat friend circle "group setting" function.The social behavior of multiple selves includes the multi-layer performance with the functions of "group visible" and "group invisible".It also includes multiple self-adjustments without using the "grouping Settings" function.Combined with Meyrowitz's "media context theory",I regard whether the subject uses grouping function when releasing information as the judgment of social situation.Then,the social situation is further divided into three states: "situation separation","situation contradiction" and "situation fusion".I use qualitative research methods to explore the social strategies of multiple selves in different situations,so as to obtain the behavioral motivation and social relations embedded behind them.It is found that "multiple self-socialization" refers to a potential factor of strengthening the real self in a certain circle or group by positioning their "should state" based on the initial psychological prediction of multiple selves in the network environment of real-name system and projection of real interpersonal relations.Under the condition of "multiple self-socialization",social networks have three characteristics: "strong relationship turns into weak relationship","instrumental and self-interested infiltration" and "Chinese relationship and human relationship reproduction".In view of this,I believe that "networked individualism" has its particularity in the context of Chinese social media and is worthy of further discussion.
