The lean six sigma system application in China mainland electronic manufacturing company has been practiced for many years,but few can really use this system successfully.Most of them ignore the importance of lean six sigma to VOC and customer demand,as well as the collection and use of basic data,lack of scientific experimental methods to solve problems,and mostly blindly guide the production process with previous experience.In this paper,through the lean six sigma lean production transformation and the application of quality improvement of my company,combined with practical cases and successful experience,I analyzed and discussed the possible problems and solutions for the application of lean six sigma in electronic manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,introduce the company's current market and internal background and show the quality management problems of the company.Then,the reasons for the low FPY of surface mount and wave which are with the largest proportion of the company's SMT FPY were analyzed with the lean six sigma process analysis method(DMAIC).Frequency of cleaning for nozzle and stencil,printer and wave oven parameters were defined for study.The DOE method is used for experimental simulation of each main parameter,and the optimized process parameters are determined.Finally,process capability analysis and statistical analysis are used to confirm the effect.Implementation effect of the project: 1)the FPY of the SMT process increased from 64.19% to 84.66%;2)saved about 2.38 million RMB for the company in each year,including operating expenses of dealing with product scraps and working hours of repair personnel;3)improved customer satisfaction and ensured the growth of orders;Through the introduction of this paper,we hope that more companies in the same industry can understand the guiding role of lean six sigma in lean production,and then use this tool to improve operating costs,improve efficiency,eliminate waste and improve the competitive strength of labor-intensive manufacturing industry under the new industrial trend.
