Research On Raw Material Control Method In Electronic Manufacturing Factory

And China has already become the manufactory of the world. But the factory management is not a very easy thing. Manufactory is the center of the producing enterprise. The management performance will impact the completion of product quality, cost, delivery date and other targets. The raw materials control is the key step in the factory.The thesis introduces the general process of the materials running in the factory. And also found the different existing defects in materials controlling process. In order to solve these defects, not only improving the current process, but also using technical method Six Sigma to improve the performance of materials cycle count and E&O materials tracking and management.Firstly, use DMAIC method to improve the inventory performance of E&O materials. As requested by the market, the factory needs to adjust the production continuously. And such adjustment will induce the raw materials low consumption, and then the E&O materials increased. Through using DMAIC method, dig out the root course of the problem, and study the method of reducing E&O inventory. And improve the performance of the company cash flow.Secondly, use SCP method to find out the defects in cycle count, and improve the accuracy of it. Then avoid the non-accuracy inventory maybe induce the materials shortage, even the line down.Through the research and implement on the method of the production raw materials management. Achieve the goal of appropriate management of the raw materials and the timely accurately tracking of the materials. And it ensures the normal running of the production to reach the excellent economic benefits.
