Research On Research On The Construction Of Talented Personnel In County-level Financial Media Center

At the present time when China comprehensively promotes the construction of county-level financial media center,the importance of talent team is more prominent as an important force to promote the reform of county-level media integration and realize the transformation and development.However,for a long time,due to the constraints of management concepts and institutional mechanisms,the management of county-level media personnel lags behind the development needs.After the construction of county-level financial media center,the disadvantages of development have not been effectively improved,which restricts the process of integration and development.To seize the great opportunity of reform and development,strengthening the construction of talent team has become an urgent issue.Based on 453 questionnaires and in-depth interviews with employees of county-level financial media centers,this paper summarizes the current situation of talent team construction in county-level financial media centers in China.Analysis of the main problems,mainly in the talent team and financial media development adaptability is not strong,the talent team management mode is backward,the talent team is difficult to deep integration and other aspects,affecting the county-level financial media center to promote the process and integration quality.The main reason is that the development of talent team lacks planning,rigid management system is difficult to change,and the role of talent in promoting the development of media integration is not emphasized.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the key to media competition is talent competition,and the core of media advantage is talent advantage.In order to speed up the construction of county-level financial media center,we must attach great importance to the construction of talent team.Accordingly,the author puts forward that we should constantly enhance the adaptability of the talent team to the development of financial media at the county level from the aspects of supplementing the talents urgently needed for the development of financial media at the county level,improving the "all-media" literacy of existing talents,reserving and introducing talents,etc.We should establish the concept of human capital management,attach importance to the development and investment of talents,establish a scientific talent team management system,and create workers to stimulate the creativity of talents.It is necessary to set up top-level thinking of integration and development,construct internal mechanism conducive to integration and co-operation,build an organizational culture with "integration" as its soul,and promote the deep integration of talents,so as to promote the high-quality development of county-level financial media center.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the construction of county-level financial media center in China from the perspective of talent team construction.
