Design And Implementation Of Data Quality Management System

With the rapid development of computer technology,an informatized,digital and intelligent society is gradually taking shape right now.In many industries and functional areas,data has become an extremely important information asset.Abundant data assets can certainly provide strong information support for people's analysis and decision-making,but data attributes or values may be missing and data may be duplicated in the process of data collection and processing due to input errors,human tampering and mechanical failures,etc.Various data quality issues such as abnormal values,which may cause serious harm to the subsequent use of data,so scientific and reasonable management of data quality is of great significance.This article aims to design and implement a data quality management system by drawing on existing data quality manage experience and combining actual business production requirements.For this purpose,the following works have been done:(1)Investigation and research on related technologies and theories of data quality management,including related technologies of data storage,synchronization,analysis,and computing,and related theories of distributed system and clustered system.(2)Analyze system requirements based on actual business scenarios,focusing on system users,roles,functional requirements,and non-functional requirements.Analyze,organize,and design various types of data quality inspection rules and data quality evaluation indicators.(3)Outline design of system implementation based on requirements analysis,including overall architecture,functional structure,overall process,data model and operating environment,etc.(4)Carry out detailed design for the core function points of the system,clarify the specific functions,logical processes,input items,output items,interface specifications and interactive interfaces of each module of the system.(5)Design the system specific deployment and operation schemes,including multi-threaded data quality inspection schemes,data persistence layer deployment architecture,distributed caching system schemes,cluster deployment schemes,etc.(6)Design test cases for the system from functional and non-functional aspects.(7)Put forward a summary and outlook for the current implementation status of the system and the future direction of improvement.Through the design and implementation of the data quality management system,the various rule check logics of the data quality inspection program and the data quality evaluation system are further clarified,and it also provides a reference for the design and implementation of other related products.
